Kennesaw DryOut handles water damage for homes and businesses in Kennesaw, Georgia and the towns around it. Our work is water: pulling it out, drying what it soaked, removing what cannot be saved, and dealing with the mold that follows when wet material sits too long.
Who we work for
Most calls come from homeowners: a supply line split, a basement took on water after a storm, a pipe froze and burst, a ceiling started to drip. We also work for landlords and property managers, offices, retail shops and warehouses. Our commercial work is mostly about speed and records, because a closed business is losing money.
What we do
We do water extraction, structural drying, flooded basement cleanup, crawlspace water removal, sewage backup cleanup and mold removal after water. After the water is out and the structure is dry, we do the repairs too: drywall, paint, flooring and trim, so one company handles the job from the first call to the finished room. We do not do plumbing, roofing or grading. When your problem belongs to one of those trades, we tell you. For a burst line that means the plumber goes first and we follow, and for a wet crawlspace it often means a drainage contractor looks at the yard after we dry the space.
How a call goes
- You call (678) 940-0778. The emergency line is answered 24 hours.
- We ask where the water came from, how long it has been there, what it touched and whether anyone is in danger. We tell you what to do before we arrive: where the shutoff is, what to move, what to leave alone.
- A crew comes out, makes the space safe, extracts water, finds the wet material and sets up drying.
- We take moisture readings each visit and stop only when the readings say the structure is dry.
- We repair what the water damaged and walk the finished work with you. You get photos, readings and a written scope for the repairs.
Where we work
Our office is at 3525 Busbee Pkwy in Kennesaw. We serve Kennesaw and nearby areas, including Acworth, Marietta, Woodstock, Fair Oaks, Emerson and Smyrna. Each has its own page with local notes on housing, water and terrain.
How we talk about cost
We give planning ranges, not quotes. A written scope after an on-site look is the only real number. If you want to run your own numbers first, use the water damage cost calculator or the mold removal cost calculator.
